Green Taqa SARL – Intelligent Solar Power is a Moroccan solar PV developer and IPP (Independent Power Producer).
1. Who we are Green Taqa SARL – Intelligent Solar Power specialises in delivering reliable, high-ROI solar solutions to commercial & industrial clients across Morocco.

Information we collect • Contact & professional data: name, email, phone, company name, industry, role • Project details submitted via our pre-feasibility study, contact forms, email, phone calls (including interactions with our AI-assisted support), digital forms, or CRM platforms • Financial and consumption data necessary for accurate pre-feasibility studies, ROI calculations, and project financing support (e.g. electricity bills, load profiles) • Technical and operational data from solar PV installations (performance, production, alerts) collected through our O&M digital platforms only after project commissioning and under a separate signed agreement • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited

Purposes & legal basis We process your data only for: • Responding to your inquiries and delivering the free pre-feasibility study you requested • Providing accurate ROI analysis, project follow-up, financing options, and solar insights • Sending relevant updates, newsletters or commercial offers only with your explicit consent (clearly indicated when you submit any form) • Delivering EPC, PPA and O&M services (including monitoring) under contract • Improving our website, services, and client experience through our digital and CRM tools • Complying with legal obligations
4. Data sharing – We NEVER sell your data Green Taqa SARL does not sell, rent or trade any personal or project data. Sharing is limited to trusted service providers (including CRM, AI and O&M monitoring platforms) under strict confidentiality agreements that guarantee the same level of protection. International transfers use CNDP-compliant safeguards.
5. Retention periods Maximum 3 years after last interaction or end of contract (or as required by tax/accounting law). Marketing consent kept only until withdrawn. Operational plant data is kept for the duration of the O&M agreement.
6. Your rights Access, rectification, opposition (incl. marketing), erasure, etc. + complaint to CNDP. To exercise any right, simply email info@greentaqa.energy (please mention “privacy request”) – we reply within 30 days, free of charge.
